Migration problems - MYOB not accountable
Can someone please help with my company file.
1. MYOB used the incorrect email address in setup which caused alot of problems.
2. Duplicated files
3. Conflicting files so could not create users
4. Now i have access and the files were rolled over in the upgrade.
I luckily got onto a support person who was in sales and he was lodging this problem. I have been off line for two weeks now. This is not good enough.
No wonder xero is doing so well now.
