MYOB Account Right - Issues

I am having such a hard time with MYOB today. This morning there was a period we couldn't log in to MYOB (The browser as well as desktop).  Even after I managed to get in, it is very slow and won't print some very basic reports eg Aged Payable and Aged Receivable.  I have cleared the cache, history etc and restarted still no success.  At end of month this is so frustrating.  MYOB Subscriptions keep going up each year, however the product itself has not become more reliable.  Each time there is an update there is a glitch and gives you nothing but grief.

    Hi there Umag,

     

    There was a reported issue yesterday with logging into MYOB AccountRight, both the desktop and browser versions. No worries, this has been resolved quickly. You can log out and then log back in to see if you can now print reports without any issues. For any updates if there's an issue, you can check our status hub for more information.
