MYOB Refund ordeal
I cancelled my AccountRight but MYOB continued deduct the money. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get the money refunded. It has been accepted but to date (10 months) they havent managed to do so. I have sent all required/requested information but they continue to ask for it again and again. I wonder - is the customer/accounts department using AI or is there and actual human? It's not possible to talk to anyone everything is email.
Are there any suggestions what can be done?? This is ridiculous and I'm exhausted with the ordeal.
