MYOB Stuck in Backup Process

Hi,

The Backup on desktop seems to stuck forever. Build is latest version 2024.6.1.9

I have also tried log out and log back in, and restarted computer but issue persist, please help?

    Hi RodneyPollen,

     

    Totally get why you’d wonder about your backup crashing, especially since your file size got smaller after closing the financial year. Yes, we have a script that reset your file back to active and I've run the script for your file, so you can log out and log back in to check if things are working now. If it still doesn’t fix the issue, our support team can take a closer look. You can reach them easily through live chat with our virtual assistant, MOCA, or create a support ticket in MyAccount.

    Hi Princess,

    Thanks for running the script on my file. Unfortunately, it didn't fix my issue. I still get a "Connection to server was lost" error after it hangs for about 30 minutes.
