MYOB stuck, won't open

Since the new update, where we now log in via website, it takes us back to the app where is says "back up in progress". How do we get rid of the so calledb ack up so we can open? any help please??

    Yes we have the same issue says we can't log in until backup finished and it's been backing up since yesterday afternoon and got to 99% then this morning says it's backing up still.

     

    How are we supposed to log into our file and do work today if we can't use myob we rely on this program for day to day invoicing. Why is it backing up to the cloud instead of our server and why doea this happen everytime there is an update. We should be allowed to not do the update until we are ready😡

    Yep, stuck in back up since yesterday afternoon for us also. I need to do work :(

    How do contact support?? Is there an online chat for MYOB?

    They should be seeing this chat and making contact to fix it.

    Don't think you can chat online without being able to login to your account.

    Anyone had any luck yet?  I am just logging in from Perth and got the same problem.

    Phone number doesn't work.. lol.. I click option 3 for account right and just goes back and spills the same options... argh, even their phone support doesn't work. Uselesss

    Hi Everyone, 

     

    Sorry to hear you're running into this. We've seen a few of you mention that your files are still backup locked even after updating AccountRight yesterday. Usually this needs a script run on the back end to clear the error properly. The fastest way to get it sorted is to hop onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team can run the fix for you and get things back to normal.
