Network name cannot be found
Any idea what causes this problem during back up?

This error usually occurs if the system cannot find the location you selected to save the backup file to.
Can you check if the location exists, and if it does try backing up locally (for example to the desktop)?
If it backs up locally then you would need to check the permissions of that location as to why it is not able to be accessed.
