Yes! It is driving me crazy. I have wasted three hours this morning and I still can't log in. I go through the "clunky" sign in motions and nothing happens.

Clunky is not the word I would use - I can't even get into MYOB. Have had numerous lengthy support calls and the only advice offered is to contact my IT Department - Did that, they're pretty clever. It worked for about 10 mins, now I still cannot log in. Complaint registered with mailto:feedback@myob.com. Waiting, waiting, waiting.

I hope they stop the captcha code request that I got this morning. Then still had to do the email code. Thought this was meant to make things quicker...

Hi everyone,
If you need multiple files open at the same time, that would explain the extra sign-ins you’re seeing. It’s usually because different login emails are being used across those files, so the workaround is to use the same user/email on each file.Another user shared what they did:
https://community.myob.com/blog/communityblog/accountright-2026-2-single-sign-on-sso---update/910741/replies/914088The CAPTCHA also shouldn’t come up every time. It’s just an extra security check if something looks different, like a new location or internet connection.
Regards,

its **bleep**py and my issue is when you are doing other things it signs you out and you have to continually sign in ... at least on the desk top it stays there
