On Line file access

Hi I cannot access my online MYOB files .. I am paying a monthly subscription

    Hi, AlastairEE

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Did you receive any error messages when you tried to access your company file? As per checking, your company file is active and you should be able to access it. If you receive an error message, kindly send us a screenshot so we can further check it on our end. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

  • HI Doreen ... still cannot access files - can I talk to  somone who can guide me through the process of discovering where the files would be ?

    Regarding this, did you receive any error message when accessing your company file? As we have checked your account, the file is active, this means that you should be able to access your company file. May we request a screenshot if you are receiving an error message while accessing the file. Please note to remove all sensitive information on the screenshot before posting it here in the forum.
