Unable to access MYOB account right file

We cancelled our subscription with MYOB and can no longer access our company file.

 

The instruction we received when we cancelled was to use our library which reads from the final back up.  Only problem is we cant sign in as we dont know the MYOB Administrator password.

    We recognize the significance of accessing your file, could you please sign in using the User ID "Administrator" and leave the password field blank before clicking OK?

    When a file is online, it can be opened via the my.myob email address and password. However when the file is offline you need the valid user name and password. Over time many users forget their offline passwords. If leaving the Administrator password blank does not work, you can reset the password yourself here.

     

    Or send the file to MYOB here. First option is cheaper and quicker.
