UPGRADE FILE ON READ ONLY-UNABLE TO CONFIRM FILE

AS per the requirement set by MYOB for UPGRADE, I've upgraded the file from Premier 19 to current Ver 21.7; and now tried to open and confirm. I still cannot able to confirm the file
Please need assistance
