The built-in confirmation system just yields an error 503.

This thread is about confirming old versions of AccountEdge not AccountRight.

The problem is that https://confirmation.myob.com/ is down.

Click on it and you will see what I mean.

The MYOB webmaster/ IT staff need to look into it.

When the server is fixed we should be able to confirm our MYOB again.

Thanks for the reply. The confirmation web site is still down (https://confirmation.myob.com/confirm). I can use my MYOB file for a further 13 days.

The last four digits of my serial number are: 0402 and my company file code is 0089048383.

I can confirm that https://confirmation.myob.com/ is still returning a error message.

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

I have tried with multiple different web browsers on serverl computers.

The online compony file confirmation returns the error "Unable to connect to MYOB's Online Confirmation Service"

Also the 1300 664 585 confirmation number is disconnected.

I am trying with Accounting Edge for the Macintosh 11.6.1C

Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused in your business. We really appreciate your patience with this matter. As we're not able to confirm your company file on our end, we recommend uninstall then reinstalling the latest AccountRight version first> upgrade the file offline (which will take a while) then proceed on confirming it online. This will let you confirm your company file after.

You might be being too optimistic with 'When', perhaps 'If'.

In the meantime, to keep using your existing version, try https://www.fghtables.com/myob/confirmation6.php

Costs $12 but may save you some time and angst dealing with MYOB for a solution.
