Confirming MYOB AccountEdge Pro V12

Hi,

 

I use an old version of MYOB AccountEdge Pro V12 (Release 16.5.1A). The software is asking to confirm my file but I can't do it with the online confirmation system.

 

I have the serial number and the company file code. Can someone help me confirm my file?

      The built-in confirmation system just yields an error 503.

    I am having trouble confirming an OLD MYOB AccountEdge file.  I have followed all the steps I normally follow. I get a Confirmation Code but the system says the code is invalid.  I am super stressed about this.  Can anyone HELP!!!

      To confirm your old AccountEdge file, you can use our self-service option to generate a confirmation code. For more details, check out this link.

    Hi Sai,

     

    I just tried to submit a case via my account, but it says I do not have access to this page.  (I do not think I have an online MYOB account.  My software is 25 years old and I even have an old Mac desktop with old OS that I keep just to run this software.). When I first got the program and for years, when I had a problem, I called MYOB and spoke to a person--gave them my serial number and Company file number--so I don't think I've ever set up an account.  Just today, I tried to set up an account but I it seems that I cannot b/c I do not have one of the latest software options.
