Business Basics confirmation
Hello, I can't access my Business Basics file. I need a confirmation code but get error message 12029 for online, and cannot get telephone help. I only use it once every 3 months, so not needing to upgrade to a subscription. This happens each quarter I try to use it. Can you please help?

Thanks for your post. I'd recommend referring to our Help Article: Activation and confirmation errors, in particular ensuring that you do review your TLS settings - see Error: "Unable to connect to the online confirmation service" section.
If you're unable to get a confirmation code after troubleshooting please send me a private message with the below details so I can assist:
- Serial number
- Your full name and email address
- Company file code listed in the confirmation window
