Upgraded software and company file but cannot activate company file online.

Question

Hello all!I am trying to help someone upgrade their MYOB software version and also their company file to the later type (.dat to .myox).&nbsp;Everything seemed to be going perfectly and I can open the updated company file in the updated software but only as read only.&nbsp;I have then tried to activate the company file online with their serial but an error pops up saying I am not connected to the internet and must be done over the phone... I have had this happen before with my company file and have had to get it manually done.&nbsp;Could I please have someone manually do this and send me the file?&nbsp;Thank you!&nbsp;

Hi Earl, the last 4 digits are 8406 and the company file ID is 127.&nbsp;Thank you!
