That's an odd one, you’ve set up User/Web Access right, but that message means their MYOB login email hasn’t been given online access yet.
I recommend logging in as online owner/admin, jumping into myaccount.myob.com > Manage users / Manage online access, then inviting them as an online file user using the same email you’ve set up for them in Setup > User Access. Once they accept the email invite, they’ll be able to log in and open those two company files. If they still don't have access after following these steps. I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can have a deeper look.
