Users must change their password every day to sign in

Hi There,

 

Our users are all seeing this error when they attempt to sign in each morning to the account right desktop applicaiton. The fix appears to be changing their password every morning which isn't sustainable.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I understand having this error message every time a user logs in would consume time. I'm sorry to hear about the error message. I would suggest clearing the browser data first. Here are the steps. 

    1. Go to the control panel of your computer. 
    2. Select internet options. 
    3. Click delete browsing history and cookies.
    4. Select the options in the next screenshot. 
    5. Click delete. 
    6. Click the settings in the general tab. 
    7. Click view files. 
    8. Delete all contents in the folder. 

    After following these steps, you can try to log in to see if the error persists.
