Hi EEAD,
Thank you so much for your detailed post and my apologies for the late response. Other users recommend clearing your browser cache and then logging in again. Occasionally, corrupted browser cache can lead to display issues like the one you're experiencing.
Please do let me know how you go on this.

Clearing Cache did not resolve the issue.
