allocating transactions

I am trying to allocate transactions and it just gets caught on the spin. It will only save that allocation if I close and open it up again. It has not done this before and I have made no changes from the first time I started using MYOB. I have to close it down for each allocation. If I try to allocate a few and close down it wont remember any of them.

    We are aware that when allocating transactions in the Bank transactions window, some users are experiencing the spinning circle. Our teams are investigating, however, this does appear to be a display issue only. To get around this you can,

     

    • refresh the page to update the allocation
    • or, hover your mouse over Allocate me and select the applicable account from the dropdown list
