Bank Feed Connected to unknown MYOB account

Hi We have a bank feed that is connected to someone's (unknown) myob file. I contacted the commonwealth bank to close it down but they won't and insist that MYOB are the only people who can do this? 

 

Who do you contact in MYOB?

    Hi JeremyF,

     

    Thanks for getting in touch with Commonwealth bank to have that sorted. To check what's happening with the bank feed that's linked  to someone else's file, the best step is to log a support case via MyAccount.
