Hi SGT,
I totally get why that'd drive you up the wall and thanks for pointing it out. The bank feed will chuck up all the possible matches it can find, but it doesn't always mean they're the right ones for that transaction. You can always review and pick the right match (or categorise it yourself if none of them stack up). Here's a handy link that runs through how it works: Matching bank transactions.

Sia,
Just so you know it never used to show anything but an exact match or just a few $'s out, now it's just gone wild.

Hi SGT,
To get this checked properly, the best step is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount. They can dig in further and double check what's going on for you.

Sai

OK I have lodged a case with MyAccount, now what about this. I have a bank transaction for $2570.00 below which is not allocating to the below journal entry as we have already spoken about. Why can't I manually match these, there is no option to?

Hi SGT,
We've received your ticket, and our team will be in touch soon with more info. In the meantime, you might want to try switching your automatic transaction matching settings off and on, then try to match the transaction again. If it's still not working, please hang tight, and we’ll reach out by email to get everything sorted for you.
Cheers,
Princess
