If the transaction you are trying to match is not showing up, first reason is that the transaction has been reconciled and second reason is the transaction is ticked from the Reconciled window. Kindly check first if the transaction is reconciled, you may need to undo the reconciliation. If not yet reconciled, please check the Reconcile accounts window and look for the transaction. Check if it's ticked, untick the transaction then click on Save progress. Once done, you may check the Bank transactions window to see if the transaction will show up.
