Connecting Bank Account to MYOB error Suncorp

Hi there,

 

each time I try to connect my Suncorp Business account I receive the following error: "Something went wrong. Try again in a few moments"

I have tried alternate browsers, private browsing etc but the same error occurs. From my bank's side all is good and ready to go. 

Any help would be appreciated :)

    Nice work trying to troubleshoot that Suncorp bankfeed application before posting.

    That “Something went wrong. Try again in a few moments” message is just a generic connection hiccup. I recommend trying these steps on a computer (not on mobile):

    • Banking > Banking hub > Connect bank or credit card, pick Suncorp, make sure pop-ups are allowed
    • Check your Open Banking/data sharing consent for MYOB in Suncorp internet banking, and that the right account is ticked
    • Try again in a private window or a different browser with any VPN/ad-blockers turned off

    If it’s still playing up after following those steps, the best next step is to log into the My Account page and lodge a ticket, or jump on Live Chat via MOCA (our virtual assistant) so the team can dig deeper into it for you.
