Nice work trying to troubleshoot that Suncorp bankfeed application before posting.
That “Something went wrong. Try again in a few moments” message is just a generic connection hiccup. I recommend trying these steps on a computer (not on mobile):
- Banking > Banking hub > Connect bank or credit card, pick Suncorp, make sure pop-ups are allowed
- Check your Open Banking/data sharing consent for MYOB in Suncorp internet banking, and that the right account is ticked
- Try again in a private window or a different browser with any VPN/ad-blockers turned off
