Credit card payment

A client payed an invoice via credit card and 3 days later nothing is showing in my bank account. What do I have to do to receive this payment

    Hi Bastibear1,

     

    Online credit card payments generally land in your bank within about 3 business days, so that does sound a bit odd.

     

    Online card payments are processed by our Financial Services / SME Payment Services team, and they’re the only ones who can check the status and trace where a payment has gone. The best next step is to reach out via our usual support options (for example, through My Account > Contact support) and ask for the Financial Services team to look into that specific transaction.
