How do I post a private message ?

I have posted a community message last Friday, now I am not able to trace it to know the progress to solution. 

My inbox and sent box is empty .

 

Need help to move on to enable me communicate .

    Hi ZRSmj ,

    Thanks for your post. I noticed you're having an issue with your bank feed credit card that was previously linked but then got canceled. To fix this, we'll need to collect some additional information on the backend to see if the credit card is linked to another bank feed.

    Hi Earl,

    MOCA session could not resolve, I have now got a   MYOB support request #01847343, and am hoping this to be resolved yesterday, looks like I need to follow up for the resolution. Or can you help ?
