Typically, that error message pops up if there are any missing linked accounts in your setup. To troubleshoot this, you'll want to check for any missing linked accounts by following these steps:

 

1. Navigate to Manage Linked Accounts from the Accounting menu.
2. Click on the Accounts & Banking tab.
3. Verify that all linked accounts have a linked account set.
4. Move to the Sales tab and ensure there's a linked account for Trade Debtors.
5. Go to the Purchases tab and confirm there's a linked account for Trade Creditors.
