You’ve put in serious effort sorting this out, and it’s frustrating when everything seems set up properly but that electronic payments message pops up. What’s really happening is something in the way your categories and linked accounts for electronic payments are set. They can sometimes trip things up, even if things look all good at first glance. Here's a Community Forum post where other user have run into the same thing. It includes a workaround that might be the ticket for getting electronic payments sorted.
