Trying to Prepare Electronic Payments and I keep getting this message:

Trying to Prepare Electronic Payments and I keep getting this message:
The linked account for Electronic Payments can't be used for Electronic Payments. If required check your linked accounts at Accounting > Manage linked accounts. I have checked the linked accounts and it all looks ok. I also spent 2hrs on the ph to myob support last week who said to try it this week and see if it worked. Can anyone assist me?

    Hey TrishMc00,

     

    You’ve put in serious effort sorting this out, and it’s frustrating when everything seems set up properly but that electronic payments message pops up. What’s really happening is something in the way your categories and linked accounts for electronic payments are set. They can sometimes trip things up, even if things look all good at first glance. Here's a Community Forum post where other user have run into the same thing. It includes a workaround that might be the ticket for getting electronic payments sorted. If the error's still there after doing what's on the post, make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
