Unable to connect with RMS Cloud

Hi all,

 

I'm not able to export data from RMS to MYOB Business since last Friday. It did happen before so I just tried to re-connect MYOB with RMS, however this time it says I'm not an administrator for this ledger. 

 

I called RMS support team and they told me the error message is from MYOB Business, can you please advise how to get it connected? I can confirm that the login I used is the administrator account, many thanks.

    Hi raybookkeep

     

    If you're already logging in with what you believe is the admin account but still getting that "not an administrator for this ledger" message, best next step would be to have our team double-check your access on the backend. Jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and they can take a proper look and fix it up if something's gone a bit wonky.
