Unknown entries appeared on Bank Feed

Hi there,

I have 2 entries appearing on our bank feed that do not appear on our bank statement.  The entries are for 19 January 2025. The description is Principal Debit Adjustment for 1 of them, and Principal Credit Adjustment for the other. 

I have attached a screenshot of the 2 entries on the bank feed screen.

If there is anything else you need please let me know,

    Hi Sarahh0154, 

     

    It would be best to direct your concern to the bank feed team. I recommend reaching out to the support team for assistance to do this. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
