6 hours of tech support(ish) and no resolution in sight

On Tuesday morning went to log in to MYOB Business and low and behold unable to get past this screen. After 2 hours of phone support and remote access it was left in the hands of the powers that be to resolve. After zero communication I spent 3 hours on the online chat yesterday only to be told much the same. Then again zero communication or updates. Do you have any idea how long it takes to wait for a response only to be hit with "Please allow me 3-5 minutes to check on this." and nothing ever comes of it.

This is definitely a MYOB issue and neither we nor our accountant can log in. And we've tried all the usual fixes from our end, clearing browsers, different browsers, mobile devices.

So we have no access whatsoever to our business account, no payroll, no invoicing . . . nothing. I've been unable to pay our employees as I can't process a pay run. This is completely unacceptable as they rely on their wages for groceries and rent.

The chat system literally just gives generic AI responses even in the live chat. I could not be more frustrated. I understand there is a process to resolve our issue, what I can't understand is the complete lack of communication around it. How would you like your power company to completely cut off your power and then just say you have to wait patiently for it to be restored. Then give you absolutely no idea of where they're at with fixing the problem.

UNACCEPTABLE MYOB team - I definitely want this escalated and I want you to do better.
