An error occurred while creating the user

When I tried to create an user, after I click save and send invitation, an error message always pops up "An error occurred while creating the user". I can't create an user

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    If you can't see anything wrong with the email itself, could you please clear your browser cache and open a new browser window to attempt this again?

     

    Do note that you must be signed in as an administrator when inviting a user to your MYOB business.
