Cancel subscription

Hello, I've moved one of my businesses to another provider and am having trouble ending the MYOB subscription as the business isn't showing in My Account. I have Owner access so I should be able to view/make changes to the business account.

 

Can someone please advise how to fix this? I need to end the subscription before the next billing date.

    Hi Jan589,

     

    It'll be sad to see you go, but we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. It’s a bit odd that your business isn’t showing in MyAccount. Make sure you’re using the correct email address to log in, the one tied to the subscription. If that checks out and you’re still having trouble, our team can help. You can check this link and click on the dropdown for "How to cancel your subscription?" It's got all the info you'll need to get this sorted.
