Change of owner

Our Director who is the owner of our myob is retiring. Can you please let me know how to change the ownership to another Director.

    Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

     

    Typically, to change the ownership of the file/subscription, it's a matter of updating the primary contact on the account. This can be achieved by completing a change in details form. Please provide us with the following information in a private message, and I'll forward the change in detail form to the account's primary contact:

    • Serial number. 
    • Full name and email address (you and the primary contact)
    • Company name
