Hi, I am trying to change login details but getting message "This request can't be processed". Help please as my email account associated is about to be discontinued! Thanks

I have found where I can change it but this message pops up.

    Thank you for your post. I can see that you are getting an error when changing your login email address. In this regard, to change the log-in details, you will need to login to my.MYOB using your current email address, then go to My Account >> Change Login. Enter the new email address and click Save. This Help Article: Change login email address, for more information. 

     

    If you are still encountering an error, consider changing your browser, using a private window, and clearing the cache.
