How to add a user after invite previously cancelled

I am trying to give access to a client, however when I try add them it says a user already exists with that email. When I look through the users I can see that an invite was cancelled however I am unable to resend this

    Thanks for your post. We are grateful that you found this forum useful.

     

    You may need to check the email of every users listed in the account to check if they have the same email. Go to Product >> Users >>Click the name of the user to be deleted >> Click delete >> confirmation message will appear, click Delete.
