Hi mp23,
If your client administrator was invited but can't access the working dashboard, there might be a couple of things to check:
- Invitation Accepted - Can you confirm if they accepted the invite and set up their login? Sometimes the email can land in spam or junk.
- User Role - Double-check that they've been given the right user role with access to the dashboard features.
- Browser/Cache Issues - If they've accepted the invite but still can't see the dashboard, it might help to clear the browser cache or try a different browser.
