My businesses log on has multiple old company files

I've already relayed your concern to the team. Files should be removed at least 90 days after cancellation, or they'll eventually disappear from our back-end servers over time. We still have multiple files when you log on to the online version. Can anything be done?

As for now, we will need to wait as there is no way to remove the files manually. This process is done by the system automatically.

I was told they were removed after 3 months but it has been at least 9 months since they were used. I don't think they system is working.

Thanks for the added details. I believe it's best to reach out to support at this point to have those files removed from the list. You can either create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or go through MOCA to reach the live chat team.
