MYOB Set Up - General Payroll Information Error

Hi,

 

I am setting up the payroll information for a new file and when I set up the general payroll information and click okay I get an error. No amount of restarting, logging off and back in allows me save the details so I can move onto my payroll items I need to create. When I view the error and this is the information I am given:

Code: 
System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException


Message: 
The given key was not present in the dictionary.

 

Does anyone know what I need to do to get this to work, I will have the first payroll coming up in 2 weeks!

 

  • Hi KD_Krunch - thanks for your question, and sorry to hear you're getting this error.

     

    If your AccountRight company file is online, you can try setting up your general payroll information in the web browser version of AccountRight. Just log in at https://app.myob.com/ and go to the settings (⚙️) menu > Payroll settings.

     

    Also take a look at this help topic that has lots more information about setting up your payroll in the browser

  • I am still getting this error whether it is on the desktop or online version?

     

    Please help as I only have a week left to get the staff in

      To troubleshoot an error when setting up General Payroll information in AccountRight, start by clearing the AccountRight cache. If the issue persists, try setting up the payroll information in the browser version and clear your browser cache and history, or use a different browser. If the problem continues, reach out to MOCA, MYOB's virtual assistant, at myob.com/support for deeper assistance. If MOCA can't resolve the issue, the live chat team is available to provide further help.
