I cannot access MYOB as there is no business listed. I've tried signing in using the following link and also using the link suggested in other forum posts:

I have researched the issue and cleared my browser data and used another browser. I still have the same issue.

If you're still unable to see your business company file, we will need to investigate further. May we ask your permission to access and make some updates to your MYOB file before we proceed to do so? Also, if you could please confirm the last four digits of your business's serial number,.
