Permission app.myob.com

Hey,

 

Wondering which permission setting needs to be changed for me to be able to view invoices and sales orders through the browser app version. 

I can view quotes, but am unable to open invoices or sales orders

  • Hi Brody_M,

     

    That’s a bit weird if you can see everything in desktop but the browser version is acting shy. Best move is to reach out to our support team so they can dig into your user setup behind the scenes and figure out why Orders/Invoices are showing up on desktop but ghosting you online. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.

    Hi Brody_M,

     

    That's a classic permissions hiccup by the sounds of it. If you can see quotes but can't open invoices or sales orders, it usually means your role doesn't quite have full access to the Sales side things yet. You'll want to get someone with admin access to jump into Users page then check your role and make sure Sales is ticked with at least read access or full access if you need to work on them too.     Hi Isaiah,

    I looked into this further and it seems like a glitch as I have full access to view orders/invoices through the desktop site, but not on the web version? 

     

    I looked through the permissions with the manager and can't see anything that stands out which should be ticked.

     

    I have general sales role permissions.
