Super Payment Permission

When I create a super payment, that's the reply: "Sorry, you haven't been given permission to record payments. You'll need to either get the business owner to give you permission, or get someone who has permission to record the payment instead.

 

I am the owner of the business the MYOB is created in my name and log in. I'm at a loss of what to do.

    Hi Automotivepaint,

     

    That's a bit of a pain, especially when you're the business owner and it's blocking you like that. For this one, you'll just need to add yourself as a pay authoriser so you can authorise the super payment. Once that's set up, you should be good to go.
