We have just started MYOB Business Pro and Lite and want to restore files sent from the accountant. With previous MYOB programs you would restore from backups.
Our accountant has sent us the back up files in zip form but I am unable to work out where to restore them?
Anybody give me a hand here please.

As MYOB Business is cloud based files can be accessed from any device through an internet browser. As such, it's not possible to take a back up or restore a back up in an MYOB Business file. To enter adjustments in your file the accountant would need to be added as a user/advisor, they can then sign in to the file and enter the required data.
Back up files would be for AccountRight company files and cannot be accessed through MYOB Business.
