User cannot accept invitation

I am trying to set up a new user in MYOB Pro and he keeps getting the following message when trying to accept:

I have deleted the original invite and made a new one but still doesn't work. Any ideas!

    Hi Lis2014,

    There could be several reasons for this issue, and we might need to investigate further to identify the root cause. This might require individual assistance on the backend.   • Thanks, this problem has now been resolved. I manged to get the client to follow instructions a bit more closely!!
