Hi Jodes7484,
Error message might because the admin user ID isn't linked properly to the online file. You could try the following steps below:
- Open the file in the desktop version of AccountRight from the online library.
- Go to the setup menu and choose user access.
- Select the administrator user and check if the same email address is in the email address field. If it is, uncheck "This user will sign on with a my.MYOB account."
- Click save.
- Go back to user access in the setup menu.
- Select the administrator user again and check "This user will sign on with my.MYOB account."
- Enter the same email login address and click save and invite user.
- Click Yes to update in my.MYOB when prompted.
- Ensure no other User IDs are linked to that email address. Remove any duplicates (including inactive ones).
- Take a backup of the online file, restore it by overwriting the existing one, and check if you can access the file on the browser.
If you're still experiencing the error, just reach out to our team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
Regards,
Shella
