Employees address showing on bank recinciliation not their name

When we complete a bank reconciliation, the report is showing the payroll transactions with the employee's address not their Names. I am unsure how to fix this

    In this case, could you try entering the name of the employee via their card file under Payroll details > Standard pay > memo > enter employee name?

    To show the employee's name instead of the address, please navigate to the Setup dropdown > Preferences > Banking > Untick the option 'display payee, rather than memo, in registers'.

      I tried that and it just showed up as pay cheque. Something in the background of our payroll or banking reporting is dropping the name and has the Payee as the address and not name. Cant figure it out and cant find what is directing this to happen
