Hi JEELAN,
Good spot on noticing the payroll reports not matching up with the ATO reported wages. To sort this out, have a quick look at the ATO reporting categories used in your past pay runs and make sure they're set up correctly. Once you've double-checked everything's looking right, you can send an update event to give the ATO a fresh set of figures. Here's a handy link to guide you.
Cheers,
Doreen
I see that 2 pay runs have not been sent to ATO. I can't see those 2 pay runs in Single Touch payroll report?

Hi JEELAN,
If your payroll reports are missing from the STP reporting window, there could be a few things causing the mischief. The most common culprits are usually a disagreement between your payroll activity and register reports, or maybe you need to send an update event. Also, check if the pay run was done before you hopped on the STP or if it was logged offline. To sort this out, make sure your payroll activity and register reports are in sync with your YTD verification reports. For a more detailed look into fixing these ATO report discrepancies, have a squiz at this post.
Cheers,
Princess
