Aware super - Income Stream

Hello,

 

We are trying to pay Super to one of our employees, however getting messages that this can't be processed.

 

I've attached screenshots for your reference.

    By looking at the screenshot it does mention that the fund can no longer receive contributions. It’s possible the fund has changed some details (Eg, Name, Spin or USI) which is why this error is popping up when you go to pay. I would recommend contacting the superfund to make sure the information that you have within your file corresponds with the fund.
