Cannot connect to payday filing

This nz.agencyapi.myob.com page can’t be found

HTTP ERROR 404

 

Constantly getting the above when i try to connect to payday filing, any suggestions?

    Hi gbw88,

     

    That error popping up when you're trying to connect to payday filing is definitely not ideal. Appreciate you flagging it! A couple of quick things you can try that usually do the trick:

     

    • Give your browser cache a quick clear (it can hang onto old data and cause weird errors like this)
    • Or jump into a different browser and try again

    Once you're back in, head over to Payday filing > Inland Revenue settings, then authorise MYOB from there.
