Employee Information Requests

Question

Hello, I have a junior employee who has just started with us. He has just turned 15 and will only be working a few hours a week so will not be eligible for any super &amp; doesn't have a super fund. He is trying to complete all the info via the invite but cannot submit it as he doesn't have a super fund. How do we go about this? His tax file number is also pending as he is waiting for it, will I be able to process payroll for him in the mean time? Thanks

If he’s under 18 and working less than 30 hours a week, you don't need to set up super yet. Details can be found here. Just skip that part in the invite. As for the tax file number (TFN), he can still start working while it's pending. Just update the TFN on the employee card file when he gets it. You're good to go with payroll!
