extra Pay Run

Hi

I have already processed our Payroll for today.

Since completing this we have had an employee ask us if we could 

pay her for 2 Alternative days as she needs the extra money.

I have gone into MYOB to try and process this, under the Set Pay cycle it only

brings up weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly and monthly. It does not have an option 

to put unscheduled?

    Thanks for checking before processing anything else. In MYOB Business NZ, you can handle this by processing alternative holiday pay. It’s worth checking this link and looking for the “If paying alternative holidays or bereavement leave” section, as that walks through the right way to do it.
