Following on to my previous question re paying an employee final pay.

If I go into a pay run and only pay one employee - the final pay- today....can I go back in and pay the other two employee's for the same dates.

Like a pay run is created by the dates....so I am unsure.

    Hey finance5, 

     

    You can totally reuse the date from your last pay run when setting up a new one. The pay run window remembers the last one you processed, so you won’t have to put it all in again manually, makes things quicker and easier! You can read about how the software handles payroll from this link.
