Help! Missed Super Payments for closed financial year.

I recently discovered through the super payments report that I some how missed some super payments for two former employees. I have reconciled against the super payments recorded and the report is correct. 

however when I go to make the super payment in the pay super window the unpaid super transactions do not come up. 

I can’t even see them in the pay liabilities window on the desktop version. 

what am I doing wrong? (The accrual dates are back in 2021)
